Family Events in Wellington FL January-March

There are so many amazing family events in Wellington FL from now through March. For you and your little ones, there is much fun to be had after the holiday season! I’ve included a little roundup of some of the most exciting family events going on, be sure to mark your calendars! 

Saturday Night Lights

Taking place at Wellington International, this is an incredible family event you don’t want to miss.  Running through the end of March, the event showcases a grand prix jumping competition, live music, and delicious food. Your little ones can enjoy face painting, pony rides, a petting zoo, and enchanting performances like stilt walkers. Definitely take your family to Saturday Night Lights; you won’t regret it. 

Lakeside Market

Every Thursday from 5-9pm from now through May, Lakeside Market is hosted at the Wellington Amphitheater. Enjoy a relaxed, community atmosphere filled with over 40 local vendors to support, along with an array of food trucks and live entertainment. Your family can mill around the beautiful outdoor space, experiencing craft vendors and incredible music. The music begins at 6:30 on the Amphitheater stage. 

Museum Family Day

On Saturday January 25 from 10am-2pm, take your family to Museum Family Fun Day! There’s something for everyone at this amazing event– your littles won’t want to leave! There will be face painting, interactive art stations, live music, and local heroes for your children to meet. If they’d like to dress up, costumes are encouraged. Don’t miss this one! 

Family Bread Baking Class

If your little one has a passion for culinary arts, this is the event for you. On March 16th at 11am, The Hub Space of Mind is hosting this incredible class! Together, you can learn the ins and outs of the basics of bread baking. It’s an interactive experience where your littles are encouraged to get their hands dirty! You can take what you learn in class and start baking your own pizzas from scratch at home, and who wouldn’t love that? 

Outdoor Concert

On Saturday March 8, the Wellington Amphitheater is hosting a free concert. If your little ones are a bit older, this could be the perfect family night out! Bring blankets and chairs, get cozy, and bring your own snacks as well. There will be food trucks around the theater, too. The show is a tribute to The Doobie Brothers, a perfect and laid back family concert.
