I talk a lot about how important it is to take care of yourself throughout your pregnancy. When it comes to self-care routines, I know it can be daunting to find pregnancy-safe skincare products. There are so many things we as pregnant women can’t put on our skin, so I wanted to provide a list of some must-have skincare blends to keep you feeling beautiful and refreshed. 

1. Vitamin C Serum 

Dark spot-removing serums can be huge in your self-care routine, since a lot of pregnant women experience melasma throughout their pregnancy. A safe product is the Biossance Squalane +10% serum formulated to lighten dark spots, hydrate skin and brighten the complexion. 

2. Retinol Alternative
