Mommy and Me Classes | West Palm Beach Newborn Photography

When you become a mother, one of the first things you want to do is nurture your child’s growth. Along with that comes fostering a sense of creativity and movement, both of which are so important in the early development of any infant. As an experienced mother and photographer working West Palm Beach newborn photography, I have found some of the best classes for mamas to take with their little ones.

In my previous blog post, I wrote about how important it is to find community during pregnancy. It’s so wonderful to carry on that community with your newborn throughout their first months and years of life! These mommy and me classes are the perfect way to keep that community alive. 

Tracie’s Music Together

This wonderful center has locations in Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and Wellington. The focus of this incredible organization is to introduce infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children to the magic of music. In classes for infants are called Music and Movement where mamas and their babies sing and dance together with classic children’s songs. It’s an amazing way to get your little one loving music at an early age, and interacting with others.

Rhythm & Hues 

Along with music, these classes incorporate yoga, socialization and play. As your little one grows over the first months of their life, it’s important they begin to recognize their bodies and how they can move as they develop. This organization is focused on making all mamas and little ones feel welcome in their space, and excited to move and groove together. Along with encouraging self-expression at an early age, you can strengthen the bond with your baby. 

Royal Palm Beach Village

The Village of Royal Palm Beach has a story time and art class that lasts for seven weeks. Each class includes a different song, a new book, a corresponding art activity followed by free play time. This class is all about teaching your little one creativity, fun and connection with other children, while you get to have special quality time together.
