What To Do On Your Babymoon | Palm Beach Maternity Photographer

As a Palm Beach maternity photographer, I know that it’s such a popular babymoon destination– and for good reason! West Palm Beach is a beautiful area year round, with so many incredible things to do with your partner before your baby arrives. If you didn’t know, a babymoon is a final vacation a couple takes before the birth of their child, to reconnect and enjoy this time while it’s still just the two of them. Here are a few ideas of things to do on your babymoon! 

1. Relax At A Luxurious Hotel

A luxurious, relaxing hotel stay is just what you and your partner need before your child arrives. Revel in all the sleep and peace, and of course the closeness of just the two of you.

2. Explore The Beach and Nature Preserves

West Palm Beach has some of the most beautiful and well-kept nature preserves in Florida. Of course, you should always relax on the beach and enjoy the ocean; however, don’t ignore what else this area has to offer. The Apoxee Trail is perfect for a more shaded walking path, while the Grassy Waters Preserve has gorgeous bridges over the wetlands. You can even kayak if you’re feeling adventurous! 

3. Get A Maternity Session

Of course, you should absolutely get some maternity photography while you’re in West Palm Beach. Babymoon trips are often in the second or third trimester, depending on your pregnancy. This makes them the perfect time for a maternity session. Your baby bump will be prominent enough to do all the classic maternity poses. What a better way to end a babymoon vacation than taking stunning pictures that start of the journey of your child’s life?
