How I Bring Lifestyle Photography To My Studio

Lifestyle photography is all about capturing the moments that are right in front of you. When I began my photography journey after I had my daughter, I fell in love with freezing all the moments that were raw, genuine, and never to be repeated. 

What Is Lifestyle Photography?

A lot of the time, lifestyle photography isn’t synonymous with studio photography. The latter tends to leave people thinking of stuffy bright studios with overly posed and uncomfortable families. I knew that my studio space was going to be reimagined and tranquil; a space to invite all families and house their cherished memories. 

This kind of photography tells your family’s story. It’s capturing real-life moments through a fine art lens! I always say to my clients, ‘you are the art!’ It’s all about feeling comfortable, relaxed, and in the moment. That last piece is the most important– cherish this special time and I promise that everything will turn out beautifully.

My goal is to capture moments between you and your littles that would otherwise be lost. It could be capturing your joy as you become a family of three (or more!), getting ready to welcome your child into the world, or celebrating those important milestones. I want to be there with you to celebrate and memorialize these incredible moments of your life.
